About Pets in the City
Our owner, Ashley, has been with Pets in the City since the beginning. She first joined the team as an employee of the original founder, learning the ropes hands-on and falling in love with our mission: to enhance the busy lives of pet parents by offering true peace of mind. In 2012, she proudly took over the business, continuing the same legacy of trust, compassion, exceptional service, and individualized care that has defined us for nearly two decades. As a longtime local and lifelong animal lover, Ashley leads our team with warmth, integrity, and a commitment to treating every pet like family.
